0.2pcb/0.3pcb - ethernet jack is missing connections

Ethernet jack is missing:

• Center Tap (CT's) should go to AVCC.
• Termination resistors on RX & TX pair.

The quick fix is this sort of hackery, where the resistors are 50 ohm, and capacitor is 100nF. The capacitor may not be required, in which case you could use just a 100 ohm across the transformer:

Note the ethernet has other issues on the build - may need to remove the crystal (TBD)
