Add tests for the RP2040 firmware. Can probably just throw results in ERROR.txt and do everything else with a special build + shell scripts

Have tests for loading bitstream into FPGA/Flash, as well as config validation on the test branch. Also has some precalculated CRCs baked in that are checked.
