UI Framework discussion

Options for UI frameworks to speed up development:

• Material-UI (very convenient for React)
• Bootstrap/React-Bootstrap (might be a little overused)
• Semantic UI (is really nice, but a little bloated unless we use some tooling to keep it efficient)
• Vanilla home-grown HTML/CSS (might not look as good or be as compatible)

Any other ideas?

I think I like the idea of Feathers + React.
