Well, we specifically stated that reaver is only supported on Linux, so you 
shouldn't be expecting a build success on OSX. :)

We currently do not have any intentions of porting Reaver to OSX or supporting 
any OSX ports. However, if you want to port it and submit patches, we may 
consider doing so.

It looks like the only component that won't compile on mac osx is the lwe which 
is wireless tools directory. I'd be really interested in a port too

Probably the best bet to porting would be to look at the source for KisMac.
