Something went wrong with 2014cc #313

Hello! Thank you for merging the files I pull requested the other day. Unfortunately, it looks like I did something wrong, as when they load in the mod loader it goes to the 1968 election, with only the colors changed, and the 'usual' fix of going in and out of the map doesn't work. I'm sure it's my fault as the same effect happens on CTS and NCT.

Do you all know how I can resolve this issue? I figure it must have something to do with the election number I used, but I'm not sure how the backend works and so why it would work with the custom loader but not the mod loader.

Just noticing this now, sorry.

From what I can tell, the usual fix does work now. Seems "extraQuestions" isn't defined, and apparently that causes some sort of error, but I don't know how that works within the mod.
