New features:

parameterise the keyserver used by apt::key;
set the default keyserver to hkps://keyserver.ubuntu.com:443 to work by default in heavily-firewalled environments;
use a later minimum version, 6.2.0, of the puppetlabs/apt module to support the hkps protocol and and the use of port 443.
