Adding Toolbar Commands #307

Hi, I love BaklavaJS so far!

Could you please provide some information on how to customize the toolbar in v2? I'm able to create a custom command but a bit unsure about how to add that command to the toolbar.

Mainly, I'd like to be able to run the Graph via UI rather than calling engine.start(), so if I'm going about it the wrong way let me know :)

This is planned but currently not implemented.
