Need to create a form and template for newsletter signup. MailChimp integration?

We should circle back to Jim before investing any time on this. My sense is that he doesn't have bandwidth right now to publish a regular newsletter. I think we should comment this out in the header for the time being, and maybe expose it once there is more momentum.
