Proposed changes

Non-Ecommerce customers

Given a customer does not have the Ecommerce entitlement and they navigate to "Sales & Promotions" page
Then, they will be presented with the updated design of the Sales & Promotions home page
This page will prominently display information about the Ecommerce addon
Also provide an option for the customer to purchase the Ecommerce addon via CTB Figma

Ecommerce customers

Given a customer has the Ecommerce entitlement
When they navigate to "Sales & Promotions" page then they will be presented with the updated design of the Sales & Promotions home page
If the customer is first time user the page will display the 6 most popular campaign categories with the information about each promotion category
CTA button will be available to start creating the promotions. "Create New Campaign" modal will open on it's click with the list of all the promotion types ( existing flow)
Once the customer starts to create the campaign , even if they do not complete they will not be able to see the starting page again instead see drafts of incomplete campaign.
If due to any reason auto install of WonderCart fails and the plugin is not installed/activated, then we will allow manual install and activate for them when they click on "Create New Campaign" CTA Figma
