Missing DLL for RC1 - Githubissues

Program will not start.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to Run, instead getting:

imageclipper.exe - Unable to Locate Component
This application has failed to start because cv110.dll was not found. Re-
installing the application may fix this problem.
----

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
imageclipper20081208.zip (v1.00 RC1) on Windows XP

Just tried the prior version, it seems to start okay.

I am using Windows 7 and the same ver of the software as above.

As previous user posted, the version 1.0 cannot find cv110.dll, on x86 or on 
x64 machines, regardless whether I place the cv110.dll in respective windows' 
system directories, or if I add imageclipper's directory to the windows PATH 
variable. But version 0.99 works well on x86 or x64 machines.
