Optimiser les modules link is not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to optimise module under vista
2. Click on the menu link
3. the link is not found

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the link is not found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.9 upgraded from 2.1.8 full install

Please provide any additional information below.

Needed to change link location to:
C:\python25\Scripts\optimize-script.pyw to make it work

What method did you use to upgrade Python(x,y): specific update installer or 
main
installer?

What was the link location before you fix it?
