Level 3: Results overlay sometimes shows incorrect number of species.

Intermittently, the level 3 results page will show an incorrect number of species when initially loading the page. When visiting the woody angiosperms at http://localhost:8000/woody-plants/woody-angiosperms/, the overlay occasionally comes up with 33 species rather than expected 244

Noticed that often when this happens, the rest of the page is still loading, and that if one waits until the results finish loading before clicking on the overlay, the number 33 on the overlay does get updated to 244.

Update: Sometimes, though, the number 33 remains even after the results in the background show 244.
