Some images have missing copyright holders #311

Several images have missing copyright holders.

For example, on /pinus/thunbergii/, the following image has no copyright holder listed and so shows just the image title and a Terms of Use link.

The following URL shows a similar status for several hundred images:

http://127.0.0.1:8000/checkup/

Provide a list of these images to Sid.

Consider adding something to the image title to make it clear that a copyright holder exists but is not posted yet.

Emailed a list of images without copyright holders to Sid and reassigned this issue to him.

Opened a separate issue, #323, to add clarifying text in the title area until the copyright holders are added.
