Site maintenance post launch #478

After PlantShare is complete, and the site is live, a number of trusted volunteers will aid Arthur and Elizabeth to maintain the site.

These volunteers will aid in:

We need to ensure the app allows blessed volunteers to help with these tasks.

Using the admin forms we can currently:

Using the Plantshare Image Screening forms we can screen images.

Both of these require the user to be set up with "Staff" status, which allows them to use the admin forms and Plantshare Admin pages.

Is there anything further that needs to be done for this beyond what currently exists?

This list looks pretty complete to me, JR. I've sent it on to Bill and Arthur for their review, too. More soon, Elizabeth

  • Edit sightings, including deleting the sighting or modifying it's visibility to Private.
