Make some improvements to the way maps show county-level data (requested by BB via SK):
Only show the state-level data when there are no county-level records.
This will avoid misleading and will give a truer representation of the plant’s distribution.
Also, make change to the “about the labels on the map”:
From:
State documented: never been documented from the county, but known from the state. May be present. Or, may be restricted to a small area or a habitat (alpine, marsh, etc.), so unlikely found in some counties.
To:
State documented: documented to exist in the state, but not documented to a county within the state. Also covers those considered historical (not seen in 20 years).
