Admin: cannot edit species name and subspecific epithet fields #712

Reported by AH re: Distribution records: "[...] I can’t edit the other naming columns. Notice in the first image there are three columns with names, but I can only edit one of these. I need to be able to edit the subspecific and varietal columns as well (when they exist)."

Those two fields are for a few queries around the site, particularly the species list pages. They are meant to just be auto-populated any time the scientific_name changes, so only scientific_name needs to be edited.
