Admin: checking boxes and saving gives error #714

On the Admin's Distribution records list view, reported by AH: "[...] I can’t batch edit any map data. By this, I mean I can’t simply check lots of boxes on the page that will list up to 150 records so that I may do things quickly. If I click some boxes and push the save button at the bottom of the page, this is what I see: [... Application error ...] The changes are not recorded."

Evidently the problem here involves Heroku request/worker timeouts.

Verified fixed in Dev environment.
