PlantShare Profile maps are not showing #737

The small, static maps in the Profile sections in PlantShare (on the main page, on the Profile page, and on the Find People popups) are no longer showing, each leaving a broken image icon on the page.

Fixed locally: after fixing a malformed key parameter, had to enable the Maps Static API in the Google Cloud Platform console. The key was already there.

To fix in Production: besides deploying the parameter fix, also need to make sure the static API key is available in Production (as of now there is no key value showing). [Update: key added]
