D. Key editing: after deleting lead, need to get back to editor #794

When editing a D. Key record from the D. Key Editor, then the Change screen and pressing Delete, it would be helpful to go back to the D. Key Editor rather than being lost on the Leads list view screen.

A very similar problem was addressed with Issue #704, also when editing a Lead record, but that one involving the Save button.

There does not seem to be a good way to redirect back to the D. Key Editor after Delete like there was for Save, and it is complicated by the presence of a confirmation step before deletion. However, the delete couplet feature in the D. Key Editor tree view does stay within the editor and is recommended instead.
