oh right, sorry it's been a while since I looked at this code. This would cause the now playing to stop preemptively if the user pauses the song, but don't think that's a huge issue. Maybe will just add some logic to ping NowPlaying at longer intervals as a follow up.

Just pushed out the new code, should be available once it updates to 1.7.0.
