Add redesign #85

after our call, we talked about adding 3 categories - remote, in-person, with car. Jill will make new icons.

We also want the categories to redirect to the search page with filters corresponding to the categories preset.

other than that, we just need to fix some CSS issues, then this will be in a stable enough state to merge.

@tiffanywschan an icon for "all volunteer opporunities" would be great to have as well!
