Update project creation form #96

Updating the project creation/edit form as follows (see issue #88):

Add field for organization mission
Add field for whether organization is registered
Remove "remote within CT" as a location option (also removed from user profile from)
End date field: can now enter a date OR chose "recurring" option
Change various descriptions and mark several fields as required

None of the new fields are displayed elsewhere on the website yet.

Currently the form item for project types validates if there is more than one project type selected, still need to fix this so it permits exactly one project type.
