basic theming partial defunct #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. basic install (i.e. checkout/HelloWorldExample/jsIncludePath/)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
default theme exepted  (i assume as it is displayed on code.google)
no jqueryui theme displayed (i.e. no colors no borders ...)

What version of the product are you using? 
version: trunk (478)
php: 5.2.14 (also tried with a 5.3.3, same results)

Please provide any additional information below.
i might have missed something
rendering with php 5.2.14 can be checked @

Within the examples directory in the project's download zip file, you'll find a 
stylesheet file that applies the borders and colors that you see on 
code.google.com.
