TinyMCE Bug #35

TinyMCE editor always goes back to the simple version (even when using the
advanced version) when toggling between visual and html modes.

TinyMCE has been updates (several times I believe) since this bug was reported. 
 Hopefully, this issue has been corrected.  If not, it's a bug for the TinyMCE 
folks to correct.
