Google Spreadsheets - Error Reported if blank rows are not available but items still post #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Remove all blank rows from existing spreadsheet or fill up exiting rows
2. Post form to spreadsheet
3. This error is returned: "Oops! The following error has occurred while 
submitting the survey. Error: Error sending xml data to Google Docs 
spreadsheet/worksheet. Google Spreadsheets API response: Internal Error"
4. Spreadsheet is still updated correctly. But user would think there was an 
error.

I wasn't able to recreate this error.  I removed all blank rows from an 
existing spreadsheet and was able to post without receiving an error message.  
Is there any further information you can provide to help me in recreating?
