Time issue #84

This class is our company looking for, it has fantastic features. But it has 
some time issue.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I just tested the example codes on my localhost. It takes about 10 seconds to 
generate a simple "Hello World" text field.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
php-form-builder-class 1.1.1; Ubuntu, php 5.3.2

Do the examples included within the project take a significant time to load for 
you as well?  There are other factors at play if a form with one textbox is 
taking 10 seconds to load.

The examples have the same problem on Ubuntu.
I ran the examples on windows machine with the same settings later on. It works 
fine.
