Documentation lack #92

There is no addPassword section in documentation. Took me an hour to figure out 
how can I add password field, becauce I couldn`t find it there.

Agreed.  For future reference, the example file - All Supported Form Elements - 
is a good place to get a feel for how to implement each of the form elements 
included in the project.  This example file is included in the project's 
download, but can also be seen at 
http://www.imavex.com/php-form-builder-class/examples/form-elements.php.  The 
code for each of the published examples is provided below the appropriate forms.
