Reproducible builds for Firefox #26

Mozilla has removed us from their add-on store because they're unable to reproduce our builds.

I need to test the extension and update instructions so that builds can be easily reproduced.

I've verified that builds are reproducible on a clean macOS virtual machine and added environment versions to the README.md to assist the kind folks at Mozilla in verifying this.
