Unable to publish 0.9.1 to chrome extension store #30

I've been seeing "Chrome web store system error" whenever I try to upload v0.9.1 to their store. Going to write this off to a COVID-19 devops issue on their side and try again in a few days. v0.9.1 is already live on Mozilla's extension store.

Publishing didn't work in Chrome but worked via Safari. Waiting for store approval.
