googleMapsPlacesApiLoadedCallback is not a function #50

When a CMS add/edit page has an empty matrix that can contain Nsm Address fields the googleMapsPlacesApiLoadedCallback function doesn't exist on page load. If an Nsm Address field exists on page load then the googleMapsPlacesApiLoadedCallback exists on page load and everything works.
