Not working if the system folder is above the webroot #5

As it's now possible to run the system folder above the webroot , the JS files in the third_party folder aren't accessible, so tinyMCE is not loading.

I'm planning on moving the theme components to the themes folder for the next release.

Ah sorry Leevi, I'm not familiar with github and didn't see this - I should have read this first before posting mine as this is clearly me issue too ... do you know when the next release will be that allows us to use the themes folder?
