Some initial implementation thoughts:

There should be a file entity that stores:

• Id
• Title
• Description
• Caption
• Path: /projects/1. Path should have a unique folder structure that reflects the entities read url.
• Filename: somefilename.png
• Extension: png ?
• MimeType: image/png ?
• and other document meta ?
• How do we deal with uploads for new entities?
• How do we deal with uploads for an entity that isn't saved or has errors
