@bestes-usds In the prototype comments (now a "resolved" comment in InVision), Alecia says "I'm hesitant to even say up to 30 days after you apply because we don't want to get docs uploaded on day 29. And the request for verification letter gives them 10 days to provide the information. May be better to say "You can upload documents before your interview. You can also upload documents after you get a letter requesting missing information.""

Do you think that it's important to specify the number of days they have on this page, which is relatively early in the process?

Text could be: "Note: You can upload documents, send them by mail or fax, or drop them off at your county office after you apply." Thoughts?

I'll incorporate the second reco you outlined above into the designs.

@allyceh I think it's fair to cut the days from the subway map. Your suggested text looks good to me.

As for the confirmation page, I'd remove the days from that as well. Alecia's correct that regular applicants have 10 days from the request to submit docs. Expedited applicants do, however, have more time to submit verifications, and I was assuming that all quick submits = expedited. Since we're adding the expedited screener to the QS flow, we'll need to take the days out of the confirmation page, or provide different text for regular vs. expedited applicants.
