Operate Section

• Operate section is now always visible in main roadmap screen (starting in closed state)

Formation Date Prompt

• Clicking the Operate accordion display the Date of Formation Field
  • Subtext: When did you form your business
  • Link: Learn More
  • Open sidebar contextual screen

Prompt: Date Picker Function

• Calendar Date field
  • Default to current date
  • Format: MM/YYYY
  • Validate date format is correct
  • Validate field is not blank
• Clicking the default Date allows the user to manually input the date using their keyboard
• Clicking the Calendar icon displays the Date Picker modal
  • Must be 508 compliant
  • Selecting a date from the modal Date Picker will input that date into the field and closes the modal.
• Clicking the Submit button will commit the Formation Date and return the appropriate Annual Report date (last day of the month of business formation, within next 12 months).

Operate Content (Post-Prompt Completion)

• Clicking the Edit Date link will return the user back to the Date of Formation Prompt
• Follows Mobile Design
• 508 Compliant

• [ ] Ask Treasury to inform us the impact values have on the user (doing as 2 separate asks to not overwhelm them)

Frankly looking pretty good to me. @Jesslax before this goes to staging, we should probably expand the "What if I don't file" contextual information from what it's set to now.
