Allow the user to choose between the different soundfont providers #10

At the moment we use MusyngKite. There is also FatBoy, FluidR3_GM and now Tabla.

Forget Tabla - it's specialised for Indian instruments and not appropriate for us. Probably the most awkward thing is that the MIDI instrument names differ over all three of the other providers. We'll have to analyse how they differ from the MIDI specification names that we enumerate here.
