Add an email client #10

For finishing off a user registration.

This is fixed by e57f7425bd1dd783e517ce4da652042ce180aa24. I eventually chose to use HaskellNet-SSL which seems to work well with gmail SMTP. I had no joy with either smtp-mail which I think doesn't support TLS encryption or with the gmx mail server.
