Issues fixed in this PR:

108 Improve MRZ Image quality and compression issue

115 Android 12 Support

116 MLKit Text Recognition v2 upgrade

117 QR code : It takes much amount of time to scan hard copy of ID

Changes

  1. Update MLKIT Text and Barcode dependencies to V2
  2. Add Android 12 Support
  3. Improve MRZ scanning, update support for MALI and HAITI
  4. Update camera and add autofocus modes and tap to focus
