For `TD3 format`, the camera (MRZ code scanner) has to be close to the sample for it to scan, unlike other formats. #133

Current Behaviour

For TD3 format, the camera (MRZ code scanner) has to be close to the sample for it to scan, unlike other formats.

Expected Behaviour

Scanning TD3 format should not be tricky like other formats

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Open Smartscanner app
  2. Click MRZ code
  3. Scan TD3 sample - See issue here
  4. Exit and scan other samples using MRZ code
