Failed to resolve: org.idpass:smartscanner-android-api:0.0.1-SNAPSHOT #158

Current Behaviour

can't implement org.idpass:smartscanner-android-api:0.0.1-SNAPSHOT in build.gradle. it say "Could find org.idpass:smartscanner-android-api in maven.central"

implement org.idpass:smartscanner-android-api:0.4.6 instead org.idpass:smartscanner-android-api:0.0.1-SNAPSHOT in build.gradle
