Compute Check digit for MRZ Result consistency #47

Current Behaviour

No check digit verification for MRZ

Expected Behaviour

Add Check digit verification

Context

It should not accept the wrong passport number. In my case the check digit is 2, and if my passport # was 18FVO3800, it would be 4.
