Seems like iterate_br isn't being set properly!!! Investigating...

Glad I looked into this one...

I'm suspicious we haven't been using iterate_br in our experiments, and have instead been running basic NFSP. Probably worth rerunning everything. I've tried to simplify command parsing so that config has all defaults applied in a single spot to make it a bit simpler. May cause backward incompatibilities but I hope not.
