Can't connet to google code through proxy #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a proxy between you and google code
2. Have TortoiseSVN corect proxy settings
3. Open commit form and open issues list

I get an error like "can't connect through proxy".

Which component complained, "can't connect through proxy"?
Gurtle, by default, will pick up global proxy settings from IE/Windows. Do you 
have 
the same proxy settings in TortoiseSVN as in IE?
