Looking at the packages you are providing in this repository I'm certain that the GPL-2.0 license requires you to also publish sourcecode along with the published binaries. The newracom.mk clearly indicates that the module provided by kmod-nrc7292 package is built within the Linux kernel tree (drivers/net/wireless/ is a path inside the GPL-2.0 licensed Linux kernel tree), so it's a clear case.
