Lack of complete documentation? #5

Hello,

I believe that I am missing some key documentation here. I installed the OpenWRT Image, and booted the EVK. I've logged in and followed the extremely limited steps in the .PDF linked to in this Repo. But now what?

  1. I can find NO HaLow specific pages in the OpenWRT UI?
  2. How can I tell what mode this device is in? AP? Station?
  3. How can I tell what bands are being used? I don't see 900Mhz ranges in any drop downs or anywhere?
  4. How can I tell the BBS Bandwidth being provided if it is in AP mode? 1, 2, 4, 8Mhz?
  5. How can I see client association debug information?

I have some HaLow clients that are scanning to associate, but are not able to connect and I am trying to determine how I can verify all of the setting here.

I've started to be able to figure this out, I think.

  1. It appears this is still controlled by the Wireless Network -> General Setup?
  2. Althought not labeled properly, this appears to be done by matching the Operating Frequency -> Channel with the table in the .pdf documentation?
  3. It appears the BSS BW is linked to the Channel selected above?

I still can not find any logs or places where client association information or debug output is being written?

Also, from the above configuration, it is accurate to say that the AP can only operate on a single band/frequency and bandwidth at a time? And the client must be configured with the exact same combination?
