Transient error #19

Hi.

Guys deployed in a lab and it seems it fails: gitlab 15.11.7 onprem Running in EKS runners

Errors:

2023-06-14 16:19:03,900 WARNING [opentelemetry.exporter.otlp.proto.grpc.exporter] [exporter.py:349] [trace_id=0 span_id=0 resource.service.name=] - Transient error StatusCode.UNAVAILABLE encountered while exporting logs, retrying in 32s.

can you double check your license key is ingest license key not user? if you disable logs with GLAB_EXPORT_LOGS=False( if you running the exporter not the metrics exporter) does it work?

Yes, checked all, seems same error. Last thing would be change to metrics exporter and add to a pipeline

Usually it will happen due to the exporter not be able to reach New Relic OTLP endpoint or bad API key.

Same error, seems something is not correct. Well, this is "final destination" for me, NR seems not ready to gather metrics from Gitlab.
