The intention of this issue is to document a set of FAQs for the README.md file related to issues users may have.

I used the integration init script but I'm not seeing Spark metrics.

Make sure to check that you did not change the databricks.sparkMetrics to true. It must be set to false.
Make sure you did not change the spark.webUiUrl string. It must be set to http://{UI_HOST}:{UI_PORT}
