Seeing an error downloading ansible.utils:

- downloading role 'utils', owned by ansible
[WARNING]: - ansible.utils was NOT installed successfully: - sorry, ansible.utils was not found on https://galaxy.ansible.com/api/.

Removing from dependencies for now
