Remove Dogestry, fix formatting #181

Dogestry stopped working with Docker 1.10 so we should stop advertising it, even though Centurion supports it.

Secondly, now that GitHub Flavored Markdown has a grammar, you have to put spaces after ### at the beginning of lines

Do you intend to remove the dogestry support code as well? Seems like it'd be a useful cleanup.

sorry for the delay @intjonathan . We should remove the code, too. But let's at least get it out of the README.
