The task in GH actions looks like it was successfully executed but in realty, it failed:

I'm having exactly the same issue - but also have no idea why it's failing as the fatal message doesn't really make sense and I'm sure I have everything configured correctly.

Duplicate of #40, fixed by #43, available in 2.4.0 and later.
