[Dashboards] create a funnel chart for`hardcoded` quickstart installs

Hardcodes quickstarts aren't captured by the funnel we built in the related ticket, so we'll want to build a seperate funnel to capture the install data for hardcoded quickstart installs.

• Codestream install events
• Generic guided install events

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] A new funnel chart similar to the one we created in #1937 shows install data for hardcoded quickstarts installs.
• [x] this chart is added to our [DevEn] External I/O & Quickstarts Ecosystem dashboard.

I've gotten the funnel setup for code stream but the guided install seems to have different events to query so I've asked virtuoso for guidance.
